Addie's nonprofit, the home of Triple R Enterprise's office, and her life's vision made real. The dream was born through years of volunteering at HorsePower — Sioux Falls' equine therapy program serving individuals with physical and mental disabilities. In Addie's own words: "Volunteering at HorsePower is my favorite way to give back to the community." Witnessing horses heal people firsthand — physically, emotionally, cognitively — she knew she wanted to one day build her own program and tell her own story around equine therapy. HiRoad Ranch is that dream realized. It also hosts a BetterLife lodge — bringing the fraternal community side of BetterLife to life in the heartland.
A summer kids camp run in partnership with the Rysdon family legacy — whose roots include Sioux Steel Company (siouxsteel.com). Camp gives young people the kind of formative, values-driven experiences that shape a life — the same foundation that has guided the Saggau–Reiman family for three generations.
In 2014, Addie founded the Celebrate Adoption Ministry within Celebrate Community Church in Sioux Falls — creating a dedicated community of support for adoptive families, foster families, and those considering adoption. A cause close to her heart and rooted in the same belief that drives everything she does: every person deserves to belong to a family.
Through BetterLife's fraternal programs and Addie's personal organizations, every policy sold has a ripple effect in the communities around it.
